Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and we get it. This page explains how to reschedule or cancel an appointment and what fees apply — so there are no surprises if you need to make a change.

Why we have a policy
The Lash Reveal is a solo studio — one client, one appointment at a time. When a slot is held for you, no one else can book it. Late cancellations and no-shows mean the studio sits empty during a window someone else would have filled, and Julia’s time is genuinely lost.
The policy isn’t about being strict. It’s about being fair to everyone trying to book.
Booking deposit and credit card on file
Booking is handled through Square Appointments. A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. The card is not charged until your appointment, except in the case of a late cancellation or no-show as described below.
Cancelling or rescheduling
More than 24 hours before your appointment: reschedule or cancel for free. No fee, no questions. Just let us know as soon as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Within 24 hours of your appointment: a 50% fee of the service price will be charged to the card on file. We understand emergencies happen and will use judgment in genuine emergency situations — just communicate.
No-show or no contact: the full service price will be charged to the card on file. A no-show is defined as missing your appointment without prior notice.

Late arrivals
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time and you get the full appointment you booked. If you’re running late:
- Up to 10 minutes late: we’ll do our best to complete your full service, though it may run slightly long.
- More than 15 minutes late: the appointment may need to be shortened, or rescheduled if there isn’t enough time to do the work properly. The full service fee may still apply.
- 30+ minutes late with no contact: treated as a no-show.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows
Clients with a pattern of late cancellations or no-shows may be asked to pre-pay in full for future appointments, or in some cases may lose the ability to book. We hope this never happens — communication usually solves everything.
Genuine emergencies
We’re people too. If something genuinely unexpected happens — illness, family emergency, weather safety — reach out as soon as you reasonably can. Julia uses judgment in these cases, and a quick honest message goes a long way.
Refunds
Because services are provided live, refunds are not generally offered for completed appointments. If you have a concern about your set, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment and we’ll talk through what we can do — whether that’s a complimentary touch-up, a follow-up appointment, or another resolution.
